Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for quality and compliance? I'm partnering with a reputable government contractor that's looking to add an experienced Quality Control Manager to their team in Salt Lake City.

This company has a strong track record of delivering complex, federally funded projects and is known for maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and implement the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with federal and contract specifications.
• Conduct inspections, manage submittals, and maintain daily quality documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project management and field teams to resolve issues and maintain construction excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working under USACE, NAVFAC, or other federal QC standards (CQM certification a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
