NP/PA - Pulmonology
Job Details:
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) position joining a passionate and progressive team of 2 pulmonary medicine physicians and 3 advanced practice providers• Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm• Patient volume of 8-12 clinic patients per day• Potential for inpatient/on-call coverage depending on MD coverage• Inpatient consults only in absence of MD• Opportunity to provide outreach care• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Provides health care emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management• Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and co-workers• Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program• Must maintain current licensure in ND & MN• Current certification in CPR required• National certification in applicable area required• Must successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice• May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
