Our leading pharmaceutical tech client launched its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enterprise-wide operational initiative in 2022. The implementation of a new ERP system is critical for supporting that tomorrow for our patients and our people. An effective ERP will support bridging our planning, transactional and analytics processes to meet the needs of our growing and maturing organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialists to join our data team. These roles are crucial for maintaining our supplier master data through dual maintenance processes. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of supplier data and the supplier onboarding process, along with extensive experience in high-volume data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry tasks related to supplier master data.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of supplier information.
• Adhere strictly to Work Instructions and company guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Report status updates and provide data summaries as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of supplier data and the supplier onboarding process.
• Proven experience in data management, specifically high-volume data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with SAP S4 supplier module.
• Basic skills in priority management, reporting, and data summarization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
