Job Type: Hourly / Full & Part Time

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flexible weekend availability preferred
• Opening start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)
• Closing 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
• Extremely dependable, punctual
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Strong decision-making skills
• Prepare, bake, and set up for next day's daily restaurant operations
• Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas
• Responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization
• Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Desire to be a team member within a growing organization
• Have a positive attitude, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in repetitive motions
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
