Wage: Between $119-$239 an hour

About the Role

About You
You are a fully licensed psychiatrist with a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , an active NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
You seek to either launch or expand your practice while retaining full control over your schedule, client load, and working environment.
We accept MD/DO licenses on a state-by-state basis.

Important Notes
This is a 1099 independent contractor position; you will have complete autonomy over your practice, including your working hours and caseload management.
Currently, Headway cannot accommodate mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application was denied due to incomplete licensure, you are encouraged to reapply once you obtain a valid license.
