About You

• You are a fully licensed psychiatrist with a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , an active NPI number , and malpractice insurance .

• You seek to either launch or expand your practice while retaining full control over your schedule, client load, and working environment.

• We accept MD/DO licenses on a state-by-state basis.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position; you will have complete autonomy over your practice, including your working hours and caseload management.

• Currently, Headway cannot accommodate mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application was denied due to incomplete licensure, you are encouraged to reapply once you obtain a valid license.
