Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled registered nurses to join our team at the neuro-medical treatment center, where we provide specialized care for adults with chronic and complex medical conditions coexisting with neurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and severe mental illness. Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized treatment plans
Monitor and assess patient health status, administer medications, and perform treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and care teams
Respond to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for residents

Requirements

Active RN license in North Carolina
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous experience in corrections, behavioral health, or acute care preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
