Proposal Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator with experience in transmission, distribution or substation background to join a team of eight for a top engineering, construction and infrastructure company. The person in this role will be dealing with proposal work from receipt of inquiry through contract award. They will be working heavily in Microsoft Word and Excel to execute daily tasks. This person will ensure that scope of services is fully defined in the proposal write-up and that the words are consistent with the basis of the estimate as prepared by other team members. They will be coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to request documentation required for proposal/prequalification submittals (rate sheets, contract, schedule, safety, quality, etc.) as well as develop the proposal matrix and schedule in compliance with the client's requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in a proposal coordinator role
5-7 years of experience in the utilities industry
3-5 years of experience with Transmission or Distribution projects
3-5 years at an EPC company
Bachelor's Degree (Business, English, Marketing/Communications preferred)
Knowledge and skills in bid preparation for projects ranging from 200K-2B
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge and skills in bid preparation, specifically in the electric power industry
