Requirements:

• Experience in public adjusting, construction/restoration sales, and priority response is a plus, but not required.
• We're looking for dedicated responders passionate about serving their communityif that's you, we want to hear from you.
• A strong background in construction and/or restoration sales is highly valued, especially if you can perform well under pressure.
• 24/7 availability for prompt response to local emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $50,000 plus a 3% commission on all jobs. No cap on commissions!
• Benefits include paid vacation time, sick time, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance.

Schedule:

• Full-time, with availability Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
