Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for direct-hire placement in St. Paul, MN!

Our client is a well-established company that specializes in small and medium tanks to large complex structures throughout the U.S. Projects include carbon and stainless-steel API/AWWA storage tanks, elevated silos and bins, floating roof tanks, double wall tanks, and large shop built tanks.

Duties:

• Lead the planning and execution of industrial metal tank construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints.
• Monitor expenditures and recommend corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope, budget, or timeline.

Compensation:

• Annual salary starting at $100,000, and increasing with experience.
• M/D/V and premium split for the entire package.
• Car and cell phone allowance.
• PTO.
• 401k with match.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in industrial builds tank experience a huge plus!
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/organizational skills a must.
• Strong technical and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD.
