Job Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $150k-$190k + Vehicle + Benefits
Requirements: 5+ years as a construction Project Manager. Experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+
This is a full time/permanent position with an ENR top 300 General Contractor.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+. Ideally, projects related to Industrial facilities, Warehouses, Manufacturing, food / beverage, etc. However, they are also interested in candidates with general commercial projects if they have exceeded $20M+.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
Experience on Ground-Up Projects exceeding $20M
Projects related to any of the following is helpful: Warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, Industrial. Tilt-Wall, Food / Beverage facilities, etc. General Commercial projects are fine also
Estimating experience is helpful
Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
