Trillium Construction is hiring Project Controls Coordinator / Schedulers with Industrial Process Piping & Mechanical Experience.

This position requires travel (travel 2x a month for 2-3 days at a time). Pay is DOE starting at $70,000 per year with overtime opportunity. Per diem is available while traveling and is paid on a per project basis, based on geographic location.

Job Duties

• Completes detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements.
• Participates in pre/post project design meeting and attends customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable.
• Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction.
• Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).
• Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Structural, Piping, and electrical diagrams.
• Advanced understanding of mechanical systems and their interface to fire alarm systems.
• Fundamental understanding and experience with: P6, CAD, Projects, Bluebeam, Excel, Navis Works, Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Effective written and oral communications.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting/CAD, computer skills estimating/pricing, and project management.
• Experience developing construction project schedules.
• Must have ability to pass pre-employment screening.
