What You'll Do:

• Drive billing IT projects by gathering business criteria, approving test conditions, and supporting change management.
• Act as the key liaison between billing analysts and development teams to streamline Oracle CC&B enhancements.
• Track and prioritize system enhancement requests based on billing trends and operational needs.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and timelines for enhancement projects.
• Monitor progress of fixes and validate resolution of billing issues.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support training and change management efforts related to system updates.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and SQL-based data validation.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of utility billing processes, including rate structures, payments, and service orders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle CC&B and billing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and validating billing data.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
