Project Administrator

We're seeking a seasoned Project Administrator with strong construction financial experience and ideally HR experience. This role is pivotal in managing payroll, invoicing, and administrative workflows, ideally around prevailing wage compliance. You'll be the go-to person for financial operations and will collaborate directly with the team to keep the administrative side of things smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review timecards for accuracy and prevailing wage compliance
• Communicate with field staff and office team
• Manage incoming mail (checks, deposits)
• Forward and file invoices via office email
• Run payroll and print paychecks
• Attend weekly admin meeting for payroll producers
• Send out payments and invoices (especially by the 25th of each month)
• Track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Handle urgent administrative issues as they arise
• Insurance check-ins and updates

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
