Job Details
LHH seeks a Bilingual Program Manager to oversee vital services for women, teens, and children across multiple community sites. This is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA.
What Youll Do: As a key leader, youll manage the Drop-in Center and Domestic Violence Response Team, supervise staff across various locations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Youll also:
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management for program staff
- Oversee client documentation and data reporting for grants and contracts
- Step in to provide direct services when needed
- Foster strong community partnerships and internal collaboration
- Ensure safety protocols and daily operations run smoothly
- Represent the organization as part of the management team
What You Bring:
- A BA/BS in Social Work, Nonprofit Administration, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in a nonprofit setting
- A minimum of 3 years working with underserved communities.
- Proven ability to manage government grants/contracts in the non profit sector
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull 25+ lbs and navigate stairs regularly
- Valid CA Drivers License and insurability
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- Flexibility working occasional evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours for community events.

Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $70,000$80,000/year (DOE)
- Full-time, exempt role with occasional evening/weekend/holiday hours
