As a Program and Operations Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That's why we need you, an experienced Technical Program and Operations Manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

You'll work with key stakeholders to procure contract work, review contracts, and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, contracts personnel, engineers, and leadership.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in acquisitions program management with a focus on ACAT II and III level projects, as well as technology integration or digital transformation projects
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, logistics, and risk mitigation
• Experience with Six Sigma or Belt
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional acquisition program management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in dynamic environments
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Experience briefing higher-level Air Force leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
• Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or higher Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
