Client Operations Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team on a 9-month contract. This position is primarily responsible for executing daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be attentive to procedures, proactive in identifying and reporting discrepancies, and committed to ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within designated timelines.
• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance (MBA - Finance).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the Pittsburgh office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
