Production Technician

Our client, a surgical tissue simulation lab, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting
• Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and cleanliness
• Package, label, and transfer finished products to inventory
• Maintain equipment, perform daily system checks, and ensure proper cleaning and shutdown procedures

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around tissue and machinery involved in tissue processing
• Comfortable working in cool/cold temperatures as needed
• Proven ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
