Staffmark is hiring Production Operators to join a top-tier manufacturing team in Bardstown, KY! If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: $17.00/hr | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd Shift: $18.00/hr | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (work every other weekend)

What You'll Do:

Operate equipment safely while following all PPE and safety protocols
Read and follow product documentation, quality alerts, and work instructions
Trim, clean, and assemble components using hand tools
Maintain efficient production flow and prevent workstation backlog
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Support onboarding of new team members and cross-functional teams
Follow Standard Work (STW) guidelines and assist with continuous improvement efforts
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (including weekends)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
