Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production/Grinder to join their team. As a Production/Grinder, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production/Grinder

Location: Chester, IL

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

• Make molds and prepare materials for production.
• Sanding and grinding plaques to meet quality standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
