Production Technician

Location: Grand & N Broadway area (bus accessible)

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Job Description: Join the team, where we produce trusted household brands through cutting-edge manufacturing processes. As a Production Technician, you'll play a vital role in operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Run and monitor production and packaging machinery using advanced technology. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Follow strict production guidelines and safety protocols. Conduct quality checks and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Package Products: Pack products from the production line or assemble finished goods manually or with the assistance of machines and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and Improve Processes: Identify and resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet production goals. Share responsibility for equipment and processes in your designated area.
