Jersey Shore CML is currently seeking a Production Baker to join our central manufacturing warehouse facility. The Production Baker is responsible for preparing and seasoning bagels, muffins, and croissants.

Compensation Range: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Employee will be pulling, thawing, seasoning, and cooking product to company standards
• Responsible to produce certain quantities based on a production list/par level that will be provided each day
• Ability to separate finished product into specific quantities based on store orders to be sent out to our retail stores
• Enjoys learning, in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Lifting boxes involving, seasonings, bagels, muffins, and croissants.
• Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to plan, organize and time manage.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
• Standing for long periods of time (8+ hours)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For:

• Food Production/Manufacturing experience is a must!
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and other team members both written and verbally
• Strong understanding of GMP Compliance guidelines
• SERV Safe Certified, preferred
• Bilingual, preferred
• Must be able to work the following shift: 3:00PM - 10:00PM
