Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
  
• Find suppliers, get quotes, and negotiate terms and prices.
  
• Maintain and update vendor records, including compliance documentation.
  
• Monitor orders, confirm on-time delivery, and address issues.
  
• Work with department leads to plan purchases and meet budget targets.
  
• Support bid preparation and manage vendor selection procedures.
  
• Prepare procurement reports and support financial tracking.
  
• Support procurement strategy and system implementation.
  
• Comply with procurement rules and internal controls.
  

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
