Procurement Assistant

Hours: 40 hours per week, hybrid working schedule

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN . The Procurement Assistant will support purchasing activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve issues
• Process orders on behalf of the Procurement team
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
