Procurement Assistant

Hours: 40 hours per week, hybrid working schedule

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. The Procurement Assistant will support purchasing activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve issues
• Process orders on behalf of the Procurement team
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
