Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adult Medicine (18+)

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays with flexible scheduling options available.

Role Responsibilities:

Working under established guidelines in collaboration with supervising physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will conduct routine physical exams, create treatment plans, and address medical, educational, and psychosocial needs of patients. They will also determine when referrals to specialists are required and provide appropriate treatments within their scope of practice.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Valid and unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility).

• Training: Current APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA certification.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting.
