Responsibilities:

We seek Nurse Practitioners with experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. You will have the opportunity to focus on patient-centered care, dedicating the necessary time to truly address patient needs rather than focusing on volume.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
• Eligibility for Federal DEA License
• Preferred: Geriatric training or experience
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
