Pricing Strategy Analyst

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

Join us as a Pricing Strategy Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategies through insightful data analysis, thorough market research, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will track key business metrics, create innovative KPIs to continuously refine pricing approaches, and ensure alignment of pricing decisions with the company’s broader objectives.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analyses of sales data, promotional trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions to drive informed pricing decisions.

• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies that meet revenue and margin goals.

• Perform regular market and competitive research to unveil new pricing opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor promotions to facilitate timely internal pricing adjustments.

• Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards to collect and analyze pricing data effectively.

• Create comprehensive reports and engaging visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.

• Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and margins to support informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with merchandising, pricing, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive pricing initiatives.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred

• Familiarity with pricing strategy concepts or models.

• Experience with ERP or pricing systems.
