Overview: We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin . This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (7-10 shifts per month) within a well-established rehabilitation program. You will provide direct patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
- Oversee and coordinate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
- Partner with hospital administration and colleagues to enhance rehabilitation services.
- MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Competitive pay: $200-$250 per hour.
- Flexible part-time schedule: 7-10 shifts per month.
