Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually

• 115K-130K base salary + bonus
  
Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You'll leverage analytical tools and methodologies to identify risks, improve processes, and drive system reliability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze asset performance data to identify failure patterns and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA, TPM, etc.)
• Track and report key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, failure rate, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to address chronic equipment issues
• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on critical failures
• Support capital projects by ensuring reliability considerations are factored into designs
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Contribute to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or operations engineering
• Familiarity with CMMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies like FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, etc.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Certification in reliability (e.g., CRE, CMRP) is a plus
