T1 Infra Piping Technician

Join a high-impact industrial team as a Piping Technician, where your attention to detail and technical expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of complex piping systems. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in inspection, mechanical assembly, and piping who thrive in hands-on, physically demanding environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of joint connections and torque marks to ensure compliance and safety.
• Perform light weld inspections and verify accuracy of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Review P&IDs to identify discrepancies, changes, or missing components such as check valves.
• Work with HVAC piping and duct systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ensure all pipe supports are properly engineered and installed.
• Participate in pre-inspection processes and collaborate with teams to maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to detect subtle changes or issues.
• Solid understanding of pipe stress analysis and support systems.
• Experience in industrial environments involving construction, commissioning, mechanical repair, and inspection.
• Background in mechanical assembly, piping, and welding.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Work Environment

• Industrial warehouse setting with in-warehouse transportation provided.
• Expect to be on your feet for most of the day.
• Conditions may be dusty, dirty, and physically demanding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00/hr.
