Physician - Otolaryngology Job in Foley, Alabama

Board Certified Or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist

In partnership with ENT Centers of Excellence & Baldwin Health, ENTCOE, in partnership with Baldwin Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an expanding practice located in Foley, Alabamajust minutes from the Gulf Coast. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offering a competitive salary subsidy, strong referral base, and excellent growth potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

• Clinical Scope: General ENT, Audiology, Allergy, Traditional Sleep Analysis, and Inspire Implant Therapy (alternative sleep aid).
• Join an experienced team: 1 Otolaryngologist, 1 Audiologist, and 2 Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs).
• Office Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM and Friday (half day).
• Call Coverage: 10 days/month.
• Practice Growth: Sufficient patient demand with current ENTCOE providers booking 34 weeks out for all appointment types.
• Volume Potential: High opportunity for incremental volume and organic growth across Baldwin County.
