• Call Schedule: 1:8 weekly with additional call pay
• Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation: - $600,000 guaranteed base - Total earning potetential exceeds $800,000 with productivity bonus from day 1 - Call pay: $1,800-$3,400/night - ASC buy-in and partnership opportunity

You'll benefit from high referral volumes, with 20+ surgeons referring for Foot and Ankle cases alone. What You'll Do: - Focus on Elective Primary Joint Replacements - Opportunity for some joint revision work - Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment - Participate in a 1:8 weekly call at a Level 2 Trauma Center (trauma covered by Traumatologists) Practice Highlights: - Equity, ownership, and autonomy available - Modern facilities: on-site ASC, in-house MRI, and nearby hospitals - Access to in-house radiology, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery center opportunities Ideal Candidate: - BC in Orthopedic Surgery - Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction - Preferred: 2-3+ years of experience (will consider exceptional new grads) - Energetic, motivated, and patient-focused
