The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians. Geriatric Fellowship or experience required. Current CA state license is a plus.
The Practice
Arrowhead Family Health Center - McKee San Bernardino, California
- A family health center that provides a patient-centered medical home model of care.
- 44 exam rooms and two procedure rooms.
- Services offered at this facility include adult care, geriatrics, mammography, pediatrics, education, preventative and wellness care, and more.
