Practice Highlights:

- Be part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model that integrates MDs, Aps, RNs, Cas, and other support staff, fostering a culture of patient-centered care and staff resilience.
- Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.
- Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.
- Benefit from an established patient base
- Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours
- Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM Noon (Saturday)
- Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
- Digital X-Ray with rapid results
- Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only)
- Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 1.0
- Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.

- Duluth, MN A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000.
Compensation:
- $293,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
