The Opportunity
- Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Seeking board eligible/certified emergency medicine physicians.
- Current AZ state license is a plus.
- Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
- Providers will be cross credentialed at Holy Cross Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Carondelet Marana Hospital, and Carondelet St. Raphael's Emergency Center.

- The first and oldest hospital in continuous operation in all of Arizona (since 1880). Located on the west side of Tucson near downtown.
- 2024 ED volume averages 80-90 patients per day (underserved population) with a 20% admit rate, 7% critical care.
- STEMI receiving center, primary stroke center, and comprehensive structural heart center.
- 24/7 in-house hospitalists and intensivists.
- Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation and Vituity scribe support.
- Regional EMS base hospital, inpatient geriatric psych unit, and bariatric center.
- Contracted hospital with Arizona Department of Corrections for inmates.
