Physician - Emergency Medicine Dickinson

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson care of HealthSource Partners LLC is in need of EM coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is 2 providers per 24 hours working 12 hour shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10a-10p.
Open Dates: Dec 21st - 24th (7a - 7p); ongoing dates
Rates to submit:
Malpractice must be included in the rates
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"
Hourly - client wants to stay around ***/hour for EM boarded candidates and ***/hour for FM/IM boarded candidates; willing to pay a little more for urgent dates, but unless at rate caps above, the candidates will not be prioritized in 2025 for coverage
Holiday - client would prefer to pay regular hourly for holiday, but may be willing to accept 1.5x or less

1.5 patients per hour on average
12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours
EMR - Meditech
Must be comfortable with all ages
A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year
The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state
Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation).
Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital.
Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps.
Travel: flight, hotel, rental car; mileage. Has preferred hotels. No first class tickets, no upgrades.
Client would prefer local candidates and will prioritize those over travel candidates.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS
ABEM preferred; FM/IM with extensive ED experience including Trauma (at least 3 years with a minimum of 250 case logs in the last calendar year, prior work in level II trauma center or academic center).
Required to be boarded
Active ND license or IMLC required - license preferred
