About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established pediatric practice in Reading, PA. This full-time position offers a flexible 4-day work week and the opportunity to provide high-quality, continuity-focused care to children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 3 days per week from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 1 extended day from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Seasonal Coverage: Approximately 7-8 Saturday shifts during peak winter months
• Patient Population: Newborns through adolescents
• Team Environment: Work alongside experienced pediatricians, NPs/PAs, and nursing staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience

• Coverage of professional association dues and licensing fees

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Current and unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations are welcome to apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
