About the Role
As a Surgical First Assist , you’ll be a vital presence in both the operating room and clinic , supporting a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. You’ll work side-by-side with a leading plastic surgeon and provide comprehensive, hands-on patient care.
Key Responsibilities

• First assist during cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries
  
• Provide post-op care including evaluations, wound care, and minor in-office procedures
  
• Conduct health histories and physical exams
  
• Help manage acute and chronic health concerns relevant to the specialty
  
• Work collaboratively with the surgical and clinical team
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Plastic Surgery (required)
  
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical support skills
  
• Passion for delivering exceptional, detail-oriented patient care
  
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
