• Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 5x8-Hour Shifts/Week, Flexible Shift Start Times

• Starting Pay: $37+

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed treatment programs to address movement dysfunction and pain from various health conditions. Your role will involve:

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
• Developing and updating care plans that involve patients and their families.
• Implementing therapy interventions using standard techniques for patient care.
• Educating patients and families based on their specific needs.
• Ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning and recommending follow-up care.
• Overseeing the work of physical therapy assistants and support personnel.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient responses and interventions.
• Working attentively in a safe manner at all times.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a related field as required for state licensure.

Experience: No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing and frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively using hearing and speech.
• Frequent walking, reaching, and data entry activities.
• Occasional bending, climbing, lifting/moving patients, and occasional driving.

Licenses and Certifications:

Must hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist in the respective state where you practice. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification required within 90 days of employment.
