Your Role Includes:

Assessing and treating patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve quality outcomes
Maintaining accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Ensuring all necessary physician orders are obtained and current

Qualifications:

Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Current license as a Physical Therapist in your practice state
Strong communication and organizational skills
