We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Newport Beach, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to execute individualized treatment plans.
- Support and guide patients through exercises, functional tasks, and daily living activities.
- Interpret evaluations and liaise with physicians to optimize therapy approaches.
- Maintain precise documentation and comply with legal and professional standards.
- Conduct follow-up visits for home health patients to assess eligibility for continued services.
- Provide maintenance therapy and assist patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.
- Regular travel to patient residences is required, necessitating a valid driver's license.
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
- Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
