Your Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state guidelines
Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate referrals with PT
Work collaboratively with team members to secure quality therapy outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation to meet all regulatory standards
Ensure timely updates of all necessary physician orders

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
