Pharmacist (Philadelphia)

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Pharmacist.

Position type: Fulltime-Contract

Duration: 3 months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Pharmacist you will:

• Navigate clinical challenges and offer recommendations.
• Collaborate internally with key stakeholders medical directors, customer service team, client pharmacists.
• Speak comfortably with prescribing physicians and provider offices.
• Answer clinical questions from customer service agents in a timely manner via messaging and emails.
• Direct members through the coverage determination process. Review the feedback from PBM about approval or denial of coverage determination.
• Toggles between multiple systems and applications. Collaborates with interdepartmental teams.
• Excellent communication skills including telephonic (verbal) and digital (messaging, emails).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy with 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience in handling provider-related questions.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formularies.
• Computer/Technology Competency: Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60.00 -$70.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
