Pediatric Rheumatology Opportunity in Detroit, MI

About the Opportunity:

• Full-time, employed opportunity with academic responsibilities
• Join two other full-time Pediatric Rheumatologist. full-time Peds Rheum NP and 1 half-time Immunologist
• 80% clinical time, 20% teaching, research and administrative time schedule can be modified depending on interests
• Four clinics per week (each clinic is a 4-hour block)
• 10 days of Pediatric Rheumatology inpatient consult per month
• Call is beeper coverage of ten days per month of Pediatric Rheumatology only.
• Infusion center is available for IVIG and monoclonal antibody treatment
• Opportunities for academic collaboration within the division, department, and multi-center are available and encouraged
• CHM's research center is located at the main hospital and provides support in clinical research
• Affiliation with Central Michigan University, Michigan State University and Wayne State University School of Medicine for inter-institutional collaboration in teaching and research

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board certified or Board Eligible
• Michigan licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the state of Michigan
