Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the timekeeping function and process bi-weekly payroll for retail stores, distribution centers, and the Customer Support Center. Investigate and resolve payroll issues by collaborating with business partners, making necessary edits, and processing adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of all payroll-related inquiries and concerns. Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance processes and elevate the overall teammate experience.
• Conduct critical reviews and in-depth analysis of existing payroll and time & attendance procedures to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Leverage AI tools and collaborate with the Process Automation group to recommend and implement enhancements aligned with industry best practices, driving operational excellence and process optimization.
• Play an integral role in the rollout of the Workday Time & Attendance module, providing critical support to teammates and business partners during the hyper care and stabilization phases. Ensure a smooth transition by addressing system issues, facilitating user adoption, and delivering timely guidance and troubleshooting to enhance overall implementation success.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• 1-3 years experience in Payroll/Timekeeper/Workforce Mgt
• Workday Payroll experience is a plus
