Our client is seeking a dedicated Payment Specialist to join their team. As a Payment Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Payment Specialist

Location: Terre Haute, IN

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Balance cash drawers and execute cash transfers as needed
• Provide financial guidance and support
• Reconcile monetary activity, including web payment transactions for various units
• Complete processing of departmental deposits promptly and record deposits in electronic logs

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform detailed financial transactions with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with financial reconciliation processes is a plus
• HS Diploma
