The Patriot Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (BMC4I) Integrated Product Team (IPT) is seeking a Material Program Manager to join the Global Supply Chain Management team(GSCM).
This role has a high preference for on-site presence in Andover, MA.
What You Will Do:
- Be the GSCM representative supporting/reporting to the IPT Production Line Execution (PLE) on the SCRUM Team on behalf of the GSCM team
- Monitoring and actioning Hardware Build-Chain (HBC) Metrics
- Driving capacity increase initiatives
- On-time delivery
- Leading the execution for Kits and Spares
- The ability to obtain financial Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Display strong communication, influence management, collaboration, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers
- Experience with program management tools (e.g. IPDS / IMS / MPS) and/or factory management tools (e.g. Kinaxis, PRISM/SAP, PEARLS)
- Risk & Opportunity Management Experience
- Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
- Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience
- Ability to address multiple issues at one time and set priorities
- Experience with Factory & Business execution tools such as Wavetrack & MSALT
- Experience on Patriot programs

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
