Job Details
LHH is looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Coordinator to make a real impact in the lives of patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, insurance info, and walk-in registrations
- Collect copays and schedule follow-ups
- Answer calls and support patient experience programs
- Help the RCM team with patient documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & clean record
- Bilingual (Spanish) – preferred
- 1+ year in a medical office
- EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance, billing & coding
? Location: Onsite | Training at Escondido
? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM
? Type: Contract-to-Hire
? Pay: $21–$24/hr DOE
