A well-established Intellectual Property law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patent Paralegal to join their team. This role is essential to supporting attorneys in all aspects of U.S. and international patent prosecution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file U.S. and international patent applications, responses, and related documents.
Coordinate with U.S. and foreign counsel on prosecution, filings, and deadlines.
Manage patent docketing and maintain accurate records of prosecution and annuity payments.
Assist with reporting, maintaining client correspondence, and ensuring compliance with USPTO and international requirements.
Support attorneys with research, document organization, and client communication.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a patent paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate IP department.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution procedures.
Experience with docketing systems and USPTO electronic filing systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
